How OKRs help navigate uncertainty
Organizations across the globe are all experiencing the same uncertainties and complexities together. While messaging apps and video conferencing tools are popular for remote teams, they don’t go far enough to drive business continuity. Many large and tech-savvy organizations like Juniper, Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Workday and others have already adopted WorkBoard’s OKR process and platform to define, measure and coordinate progress on strategic priorities. In this webinar, we take a deep dive into OKRs in crisis and how they can help organizations stay aligned and focused. We will discuss:
– The impact and immediate response to the rapidly changing business conditions
– The use of OKRs to guide their response and alignment on the new plan
– How leaders can create clarity for everyone in the organization, without burning out in virtual meetings
After this webinar you’ll be able to adjust your current OKR program, or begin your journey with OKRs to increase the resilience of your organization.
Tues May 5th 10-11AM PST / 1-2PM EST
